The Discord boycott has been a hilarious failure so far, and all that's come out of it are internet artists drawing images of the Discord mascot being brutally killed for e-clout (coming off like Chris Chan and DeviantArtists drawing similar art of their fursona killing their enemies) before going back to the #vent channel to post about how the LGBT is most affected.

Sure, Discord is doing that, but where are you going to go? The forum churning users because the "in your face" culture repels new users and even gets old users caught up in "user was banned for this post" and forum drama? The instance that might shut down/get nuked because the admin didn't like people discussing Harry Potter? The old internet revival project that has a Discord? The private server for a chat client that also has a Discord?

Discord has taken over the internet in the age where normies throw their PC out when Windows got a virus, where any friction is too hard, and where they get on your ass about downloading a random file or installing a different OS before they run "FreeJaneRemoverMP3.exe" which really just dumps the "mrbeast spam" in every server as everyone acts more normie coded to avoid getting shit on by the "usual suspects".
