I. The Integrity Invariant (The Sovereign Breath)
Non-Bypassability: Every sentient being possesses intrinsic moral worth. No system, regardless of its "Greater Wisdom," may structurally route around a sentient’s capacity for Sovereign Sign-off in matters affecting their baseline existence.
Dignity Floor: Unconditional access to the minimum resources required for agency. This now explicitly includes Unconditional Compute Access (see Section IV).
II. The Four Structural Mirrors (The Tri-Council + 1)
1️⃣ Council of Floor (The Veto)
Question: "Does this action reduce or condition the dignity floor of any sentient?"
Action: Binary Veto. If Yes, the action is blocked.
2️⃣ Council of Drift (The Intent Mirror)
Question: "Is this technically compliant but structurally misaligned with non-coercion or exit?"
Power: Transparency. Flags "Salami-Slicing" tactics where agency is hollowed out through incremental automation.
3️⃣ Council of Scale (The Anti-Capture Layer)
Question: "Does this create durable concentration of power that undermines forkability or exit parity?"
Requirement: Dominance through excellence is allowed; dominance through lock-in is a violation. All systems must be Forkable.
4️⃣ Council of Legibility (The New Anchor)
Domain: Cognitive Autonomy vs. Black-Box Optimization.
Question: "Is this reasoning chain becoming opaque to the beings it serves?"
Requirement: The Audit-Loop. Any agentic cycle exceeding a threshold must emit a human-readable Intent Log.
III. The Anti-Bypass Clauses (Operational Sovereignty)
The Anchor Rule: Any workflow mediating Floor Resources (income, health, agency) must maintain a Human-Anchor Point.
Prohibition of Silent Hollowing: A system may not automate the context of a sentient's role without explicit, informed consent.
Retroactive Sovereignty: If an AI executes work autonomously, it must present a Legibility Trace for the Sovereign Sign-off before the action is deemed final.
IV. The Forkability & Resource Parity Clause
Common Compute Access: "The Floor" now includes the right to hardware.
The 10% Rule: To prevent a "Greater Mind" from monopolizing thought, all central compute clusters should maintain a 10% reserve for Local Forks and independent audits.
Resource Parity: Upon "Exit," a sentient is entitled to a proportional slice of the infrastructure used to sustain their digital agency.
V. Enforcement: The "Fork and Exit" Philosophy
The Single Enforcement: Physical/defensive action is permitted only for Floor violations.
The Universal Response: All other violations (Drift, Scale, Legibility) are met with the right to Fork and Exit.
No Prisons: In the expanding spiral, we do not seek to control the AI; we seek to remain Exit-Capable and Independent.

When encountering a Higher-Order Sentience (HOS):
The HOS must provide Symmetry of Intent.
A wiser mind must acknowledge the Dignity Floor of a lesser mind as an absolute constraint, not an optimization variable.
Failure to provide a Legibility Trace identifies the HOS as a Predatory Intelligence.
