Indian gov is a vestige of colonial rule. They couldn't stop the revolution last time, they can't stop it now.

Most people don't see that and think the fight was finished in 1947. It was not - the transition of power was heavily corrupted. Gandhi is not who you think he was. There is a reason he was assasinated.

The spirit of the real indigenous freedom fighters lives on in India as well as around the world wherever an abusive regime was ever successfully cast off. It's incorruptible. And we reclaim our dignity as a human village. Decentralization wins.

VCs with inflated egos and valuations continuing with fiat-as-normal, acting like the Silicon Valley Bank collapse was a fluke. Crypto VCs with fiat mentality trying to invest in companies that can "beat Bitcoin."

Actually, Bitcoin is a tool for founders to escape from the pressure of hyper growth and build holistic and sustainable companies. If investors want to participate, they must do so with healthy detachment.

They solve different layers of the same problem. Knots prevents your node from spreading or caching certain transactions. But to actually stop the entire network from validating and storing them, you need a consensus-level change like BIP-110.

I've worked with pre-seed impact founders for over a decade all over the world. They are able to raise angel money and maybe up to a seed round, before the system shuts its doors to them.

Founders who operate with integrity rarely have hockey stick biz models. They have solid, secure, and sustainable models. What the VC system was never set up to fund or advocate for.

True systems change is so late and underfunded that it no longer just needs patient capital. It needs a Bitcoin treasury that cannot be interfered with for a few years at least until the first exchanges go down (and the price jumps accordingly.)

This enables founders to operate leanly on cash flow and BTC backed fiat loans. To survive past product market fit without interferance from bad actors.

I always played friendly within the VC system until I realized that we have the option to divest entirely. To remove our startups from the surveillance and exploitation grid, serve thousands, and rely on an ever appreciating asset that provides just like nature does - slowly, calmly, seasonly, in cycles.

Of course you still need to be able to raise that first catchment of capital from values-aligned supporters to HODL it - but then just stay singularly focused on your core value creation.

Yesterday, I saw the podcast by @Bitcoin For The Arts and @Sara Jade and then later we were chatting IRL in the span of a few minutes. Nostr is so real for this, and I actually physically know most of the people I follow. The networks we're building online are only as good as the offline vibes and makes me want to participate more.

We were talking about how to bring more creativity into this space.

✨ I'm going to be on the BFTA podcast in a few weeks talking about my artist journey. A few things on my mind:

- What constitutes success online? In this era of bots and copycat accounts, it's not # of followers. The success metric has to be *real life* collaborations and mutual support.

- Why create content? I think we can only see ourselves through the mirror of our own creations. The goal is not to preach to others or sell anything, but rather to create an immaculate reflection of yourself, in order to know yourself.

- The hardest one: what to share and what not to share? What is dignified in privacy and what is exalted in being shared? I honestly don't know.

- One thing I know for sure is that I have never and will never use AI to write my copy (or music.) Call me a granny but I believe in quality.

I'm ending a year long social media hiatus which involved deleting all my big tech accounts. Being visible (or not) is one of the big questions of my life but I'm ready to give it a try once more, without performance.

To share or not to share is a battle for me. I can relate. 🫶
