GM Nostr. Milton stayed away from south east FL but managed to throw a tornado through our property. We have very much tree damage as well as car damage but thankfully our home held up and we have our lives. Any zaps will go towards efforts to remove trees and fix sheds and such which insurance does not cover.

Christ is still King and we will fix what’s broken.

I'm considering a #Bitaxe but I do not know if it's worth it (energy cost + cost of setup and purchase vs sats earned on average). I think it's a great idea but I can't help but to doubt whether I'd actually recoup the initial investment and whether it'd be more worth it to just take the money I'd invest in the Bitaxe and use it to actually buy bitcoin.

Any folks with significant Bitaxe experience have any input on this?

Long term, I can't see it being a bad idea. That said, I have no clue what the return per kWh is. The way I see it, it's a lottery ticket. Individual miners are still hitting blocks every now and then.

Best used as a lottery miner. The odds are better than most lotteries I believe. Unless you're in a really low energy cost environment, you're going to lose money. And if you are in a competitive hash cost environment, you're better off buying bigger miners 😄
