When I was teething, they gave me dried cochayuyo. Nowadays, babies are given plastic toys with silicone and some kind of gel filling that you can put in the freezer. Here’s some microplastics for you, baby.

However, I found a place in my city that sells Cochayuyo. Critics will surely say that since it’s a seaweed, it probably contains microplastics too. But come on, at least it has nutrients.

It’s extremely difficult to stick to a four-day workout routine. Visits from friends and family, a stomachache from eating something I shouldn’t have, a homeowners’ association meeting, holidays to spend with the family, or simply my little girl acting up (she’s still just a couple of months old).


I’m grateful for a lot of that, but my rigid mindset is starting to waver.
