Meanwhile, the Felon's bulldozers are tearing up Tohono O'odham land on the US/Mexico border; Thatcher Pass, site of an 1865 massacre of Paiute, is being bulldozed by Lithium Nevada (partially owned by US gov) w/o NEPA & Historic Preservation compliance; proposed mines (part owned by USgov) in #AK wildlands threaten habitat crucial to Alaska Native subsistence, ... the list goes on. Indigenous People's Day is not for celebration, it's for growing support for #Indigenous #justice.

Seth Kantner is one of many great authors in #Alaska, & he has a polite message for the FOTUS. Seth is astute enough to know it would fall on deaf ears, all the Felon would see is opportunities for exploitation. But it is worth hearing, especially by Alaskans.
