What will probably happen with this RFC to remove the Twitter link from the PHP website is that it will fail because it won’t receive a 2/3 majority of the votes.

But then the RFC to create a social media policy will also fail for the same reason.

And we’ll be indefinitely stuck with a dead link on the website because folks wanted to force a vote on a simple PR to remove the link.
