Do you disagree?

Paying a tx fee once for a monetary transaction is the expected acceptable use case.
Using it as a shitcoin enabling platform or JPEG file storage is possible but its not the intended use.
Further it DEGRADES the intended use which is monetary.

What kind of spam do you like?

Is there any sort of email or phone spam that you enjoy?
Spam is inherently undesirable. If people want to shitcoin, thats fine. Do it on Eth or somewhere NOT BITCOIN.
If you want file storage use a torrent, IPFS or something.

It is much easier to develop a relay filter than some shitcoin which exploits the spam
It is a worthwhile back and forth like any kind of security effort.
