Yeah I'm getting a real currency crisis vibe, like I should empty the ol' bank account and something/anything that might have *some* resale value.

I'm not sure what message the faggot Treasury Secretary is trying to make with issuing more debt to buy different debt, but it's probably not the one people are taking away from it.

Yet another case of foreigners viewing every elected office as a means to an end while White people view elected office (not completely unfairly) with disdain so we get the dregs like "Haley Stevens" and ..."Mallory McMorrow"

My parents didn't take The Shot, but that's hardly a coincidence since I got my contrarian social attitude from somewhere. My son on the other hand took it because he inherited all the bugman-isms of my wife's family (my wife, fortunate/unfortunate for her, has adopted my attitudes).

The one that surprised me was my BIL who takes really good care of himself and wouldn't believe the government if they told him the sun was going to come up in the morning and yet he had a severe freak-out about COVID that manifested from...somewhere. Like, he made Jeff Cliff look reasonable in comparison.

I've mentioned before that the Great Founding Mistake was the centralized constitution which was cast for the purposes of commerce, so that even at the earliest instance the message was sent:
-Commerce>Nation
The Civil War formalized that into actual law. FDR later tried to found a new national ethos during WW2 (really, to try and justify WW2) but it was all paper mache and fell apart in the 60s.
