I really don't know why anyone uses AWS outside of organizational inertia / standardization. Their teams are completely shot from layoffs and bad morale and terrible leadership. The platform will only get worse.

Yeah I can't stand the smoke alarm thing. I basically drop what I'm doing and handle it. I don't get how people can normalize error signals like that, but at the same time I am a giant autistic fuck and will notice a single *light bulb* being out.
