sauna: legit health benefits or overhyped?
ive been doing 3 sessions of 10-15 minutes a day. i enjoy it but curious to hear what the wisdom of the internet has to say
Legit..
1. Detox from all the sweating from your body.
2. Elevated temp , has some thermogenetic effect
3. Studies have shown potential increase in HGH levels
4. The controlled deeper breathing
