Quite the opposite in Eastern Europe. It’s full of common peasants, people who can afford it once a year. To enter, having your own stuff or renting it is a requirement and to get up the hill you pay a minimum $50-60/day. Another 50 average for lunch/person. That’s enough of a scumbag filter by itself plus you’re in an environment with a certain persisting culture similar to that of golf or tennis clubs that discourages this behavior.
