The term "rich" in quotes is important, and the reason is simple: a wealthy individual, with their accumulated capital, can afford to relocate themselves and their company to avoid this absurdity… meanwhile, the average citizen cannot afford these situations and must remain where they are.

PS: The state doesn't produce anything, it only redistributes (and very poorly at that), and public works don't pay for themselves… homework: who pays for them ???
