I prefer tubular, (NewPipe + sponserblock and return dislike). Sometimes it takes an extra day for them to fix when YouTube breaks the backend, but worth it to me.

Tubular sounds very much like PipePipe to me; you might wanna give them a try because they are very active in development and usually have a fix out within a day.
