"I took these pictures when I was traveling in Russia. Such lonely and abandoned houses...I wanted to keep them on my camera and then it turned into a project. This photoshoot demonstrates the loss of cultural and architectural values; it captures abandoned Russian traditional dwellings that with each passing year are decreasing in numbers."

I enjoy seeing something presented in a way that might make me laugh, maybe something that makes me sad. I enjoy a photograph the makes me pause and think: "How did this photographer SEE this?". All photographs present reality, something that was already there, we just didn't see it at first"
