Nah, I just think he’s one of the worst people on earth, that’s all.

I mostly mean that serving in the military under a clearly mentally ill Commander in Chief was a choice that soldier made, and choices have consequences, so my compassion for his widow is limited.

I have a hard time with this, because the guy volunteered and they both probably voted for Trump.

You’re welcome. Unfortunately, triggers can be all the good stuff. In addition to the ones I mentioned, I have to limit chocolate. And I have to avoid entirely nonfat yogurt (maybe saccharine?) and MSG.

I’ve had these since college. At first, I thought I must have eye strain or a brain tumor. But then I heard a headache researcher on the radio describe the auras, and how some migraine sufferers rarely get the headache, mostly just the auras.

This expert wrote a book called, “Conquering Headache,” which I read. It’s pretty old but maybe you can find it. I’ve been able reduce the frequency through his advice on diet, limiting red wine, aged cheese, smoked meats, and too much coffee.

Good luck, fellow sufferer! My brother gets the same things, so there must be a genetic link.
