You got it mate . But for that…we need to learn again how to build well and for many years , without the sh »@ money corrupting the economy.

The issue is that dimensional lumber is taxed as property of the business. Prior to this lumber yards had stacks of 40-50 year old air dried boards and timbers. Now product needs to move as fast as you get it to stay solvent.

I'm saying if you own land, you shouldn't necessarily sell it for bitcoin. If you own rental properties, you shouldn't necessarily sell them bitcoin.

Yes it's easier to own nothing. But it doesn't mean you should let the Jews own everything.

Yep, my extended family owns a tree farm. They used to do an 80 year rotation, but have now scaled back to a 50 year rotation because the market no longer needs large old growth tree. Mostly due to "engineered lumber" products.
