An absence of collaboration, conversation and follow-up across specialties in medical care, shows itself once again. 🙄

- Cardiologists oversubscribe prescribe medication that lowers my heartrate to dangerous levels that make it almost impossible to function.

- Cardiac device clinic sets pacemaker such that it is forced to increase my heartrate to a minimum amount, on a constant nonstop basis. Not the intended use, but still not high enough for activity.

The medication and device are in conflict.

And while I am in no condition to do so, I am once again responsible for negotiating and communicating the appropriate response between the specialties before I die.

Every time they describe some horrible regime and the dangers they pose to the stability of a region or the world, they could easily be describing themselves.

I didn't even question it when I thought that I heard something about a failed ass nation attempt.

Arriving home, you see the cat through window, laying on the sofa, knowing it isn't allowed.

Opening the door for the gotcha moment, you see her on the stairs, nowhere near the sofa..

Seemingly just now hearing you, she yawns and stetches, as if waking up from a great sleep.

Like Schrödinger's cat, it is both on the sofa and on the stairs at the same time, until we open the door.
