just 4 ingredients: egg yolk, oil, white vinegar, and salt. Optionally can add mustard or lemon juice depending on taste preference. Just Need a whisk or an emersion hand blender.

I got to watch a demo of aerial refuelng of a helicopter at the big air show yesterday. That's pretty badass, considering the operating speed differences between the two aircraft. I have no doubt that will come in handy in Alaskan search and rescue.
