Has anyone verified m-disk lasts 1000 years? I don't want to merely "trust" them.

I had a lot of trouble actually finding m-discs where I live. That's concerning. I eventually hunted some down. I asked myself, do I trust a HW wallet to survive 10 years? Not sure I do. Eventually I decided I don't have to. If in 5 years I decide on a different storage medium, I'll just copy my files over.
