We live in a world where control is becoming an illusion.

We don’t fully control what we see, what we consume, what we hear, or what we’re constantly exposed to. Algorithms decide what appears on our screens. Industries influence what we eat. Culture influences what we consider normal. And repeated exposure can shape our attention, our desires, our habits, and ultimately the decisions we make about ourselves.

The question isn’t whether influence exists. It does.

The real question is: how much of our life are we actually choosing for ourselves?

Freedom of expression, freedom of thought, freedom over our attention and our bodies all begin with one thing: the ability to question what is being placed in front of us.

If you don’t control your attention, someone else eventually will.
