Simple language.
Public access.
Open institutions.
Time.

Real estate in Costa Rica is already advancing with Bitcoin. The presence of @BULL BITCOIN makes this easier, but what is now needed is more talent: realtors, lawyers, and professionals who understand this new financial reality. This is not theory it is already happening. The challenge is to professionalize the ecosystem.

When purchasing a home with Bitcoin, it is legally structured as a barter (exchange) contract. That is where proper legal advisory becomes essential to execute it correctly.
