I went to the post office today and had a very good experience. Tried to use a priority bag, and it would have been $30. I said, that's a bit much... Sweet old black lady said, "Hon, you didn't use the flat rate envelope. I don't know what you're sending, or if it'll fit in there." I said, "For $12, it WILL fit in there." I brought her the new envelope and she already had the tape ready to make sure it closed. I even filled out the questionnaire after I left, she was so helpful.
