Will this version not look like it's ignoring basic UI preferences or will I still need to squint to navigate the glaring non-dark-mode interface with its tiny icons and tiny pixellated typeface?

Just one more dismissal for someone apparently good enough to get hired again.
Imagine what know-how and knowledge she takes away from there and to the next job. Or what comes out if she turns out to be a (ghost)writer a few years from now, or gets to publicly share all that knowledge in a courtroom, probably sooner than in a few years from now, seeing how OpenAI is doing right now?
