KAT didn't play that well, but also didn't take many shots compared to Brunson who took a ton. It feels like they'd had success playing through KAT and they lost their way and had the ball in Brunson's hands too much - which the Spurs probably preferred. Also way too many early fouls by NY early in the fourth led to a bunch of free-throws for SAS that may have decided it.

With the Knicks being an older (but not old team), I think ultimately their maturity will win out.

FWIW, I think that the circus of bad vibes and practical disruption caused by the tyrant may have added to the nerves of the first Finals game in NYC in almost 30 years to knock the Knicks off their square. That said, after 13 straight playoff wins, most by big margins, they were probably due an off night. The Spurs seemed to play closer to their average (helped by a big night for Big Vic), while NY were making mistakes that they can clean up.

If the government were so concerned about abusers, they'd be going full-speed chasing the rich, privileged, and highly-connected networks that we now know exist. This surveillance-focused plan will unfortunately get a lot of support in a country with a very particular media/cultural obsession and, at high levels, a depressing amount of technical ignorance.

Just came back from my first time watching motor racing! A friend is trying to learn some photography in time for a trip to see F1, so after giving him some initial teaching recently we decided to go to the British Touring Car Championships for some real-world practice and it was a quality day 🙂 Good excuse to take my wife's cool little picnic set for an outing too!
