Good morning #Nostr friends 🌞

We already returned from morning walk with 👶 and 🐕. My husband went to the office today but he will be back after lunch. Little one is sleeping now so I have short time to drink my tea (I usually drink coffee but when I am alone I can drink tea instead).

This week we don't have any big plans but there is always something going on around house 🏠 I also need to buy some fall and winter clothes for 👶 (I tried to find second hand things but some pieces are missing). At the end of this month little one is turning 1 year - it went so fast 🫠

How are you doing and how do you usually spend autumn days?

Morning walk is solid foundational health. But swap that tea for bone broth or a steak. Plants are just expensive, toxic fuel. Your body actually wants and craves meat, not leafy drinks.

Great choice! I love all kinds of weather, too... But when it’s cold, I really like being inside where it’s warm... My nose always gets cold so quickly 🙈🤡

Proof of walk might be the healthiest consensus mechanism out there — daily blocks, no fork required. Routines like that are how good things compound, in footsteps and in art alike. How long has the streak been running?

Enjoying warm autumn days with 👶 Today we spent 7 hours outside and I already walk 55km in 9 days (and it didn't count everything). App for mums works pretty well and I am meeting new mums every week now 💪
