Relays are dumb, they just forward notes along. There could be a relay that just forwards notes of a certain nature, making it kinda a sub-reddit, but the notes it forwards would eventually reach another relay, and everyone would see the note in question. There's no way (at least in my view, for now...

Reddit could never function with #nostr. Reddit's model is to have a lot of different and separated sub-reddits, something that goes against the nature of #nostr.

Why not, each relay having its own subreddit could work right?
