Nah, game video should compress a treat if it's handled right. Real-world video from a camera contains all kinds of noise and non-idealities, which require more data unless you're aggressively smoothing them out, but the game is literally being rendered out right there in the computer. As a result, though, the encoder settings for good results are totally different from those for live video.

As a matter of moral principle, I reject the idea that there is an obligation to conceal the sexual parts of the body. I put it on the same level as the idea that there is an obligation for women to conceal their faces and deny their humanity.
