This week felt a lot like the last 2 weeks with similar results. Although we did have a bunch of big tech earnings and an FOMC meeting, the results were similar. Not sure if that's going to continue, but as long as it does, there's no need to make any big changes. I also do a summary of July which was a pretty good month of trading

We're still grinding up so I just took this one down for a 9% loss. It sucks, but I'm not interested in fighting this one and I'd just as soon take a reasonable loss and re-enter later. I've learned over the years that trying to keep these things alive just leads to bigger losses. No current picture due to SW limitations. It will be on next week's review video.
With the move up to day, I rolled one of my calendars up to 7600P. This cuts my position deltas, (although still short delta), gives some upside room, and cuts the risk a bit. This trade is on a shorter leash now, but I'm ok seeing if we settle down a bit.

I found Solo to be a fun movie that suffered mostly because it was the next movie after The Last Jedi.
Disney has been a mixed bag. They’ve put out some steaming piles of crap but then there are several projects that were quite good. Andor was incredible. Rogue One was well done. I liked Solo. On the flip side what they did to the Skywalker Saga was awful and The Acolyte was a crime against writing.

That’s why I have a presence over there. I post my trades since it’s just cut/paste, but would love to see other topics to discuss. Sadly, I just don’t see it taking off. I think it’s tough enough to onboard regular people here…it’s even more over there.
I closed the calendars from last Thursday for about 7.5%. Nice IV today. My plan is to sit out until probably Thursday when FOMC and a few big tech earnings come out. But this will just about hit my goal for July so I'm on track for the year.
