Great episode as always! Its true, why would “a billion dollar company with 2 employees” need shareholders? They can just buy and stack the best asset (btc).. no need to pump the stock with buybacks, no need to pay dividends

Ownership is not diluted by a decentralized ledger. Shareholders are unnecessary when you have Bitcoin.
