On mine it is, version 0.18.5-beta, same as on the GitHub, on the app store, all standard repo as far as I know.
Check with Umbrel support if you don't see the update.

LND version 0.18.5 is currently not available in the Umbrel App Store, do you use a different store or did you upgrade using the terminal?

I remember growing up using the phrase “There’s nothing on TV” as a reason to do other things.
I guess no one ever says that anymore since there is always something to ...
I don't need to imagine! You are right - there is infinite content available nowadays and it is easy for children to keep scrolling mindlessly, which is a trap. My challenge as a parent is to avoid that my children keeps watching other people's lives passively and get them to create.
On a positive note, if used correctly, there is a lot of great content / education available for free if we teach the kids to filter out properly.

I think about this a lot... I reflect about my own educational gaps and previous mistakes with my kids' education. Many decades (maybe centuries?) ago, families used to be more involved in the education of their children. It became mostly delegated to government-led centralized school boards with almost no room for healthy competition.
This is a non comprehensive list of the topics I miss:
Principles of Economics
- human action, value and price
- importance of property rights
- production to overcome scarcity
- the problems money solve
- the role of savings
- impacts of intervention in the economic process
Life Skills
- cleaning
- cooking
- respect
- character development
- self-improvement
- civilization
- role of family
