Pick one ingredient and eat only that for 2 weeks at least. Could be steak. Could be broccoli. Could be potatoes. Establish a baseline. After two weeks add another ingredient and see how you react. Then more. Minimize the variables to start and build back up.

What Jack did totally makes sense. He studied his own body from bottom up approach and found out how it reacts to certain food. I think everyone should do the same.
