I feel that the recent move of various European government departments to open source, should make way for government funds to be diverted to supporting open source - a win-win.

i was tempted to blame the person who set the boat on its current course before evacuating..... but realised I'm watching far too many action movies these days!
on a serious & similar note, I always tend to visualize difficult people as rocks in the middle of the path. the only efficient way is around them (or, in some cases, over them) ☺️
