This hits the nail on the head. Great insight into how we often mistake a broken track for a slow runner just because the sales data is easier to see. The point about confusion losses is spot on too, it’s much harder to fix a message that isn't landing than it is to hire a new rep.

A common issue in SaaS when trying to scale fast before the runway ends.
