OMG, just started working today with Buzz, a new tool developed by @jack and team. Now I can finally work with my AI agents as if they are team mates. Think of Ms Teams style of tagging and working together (or Slack for dev teams).

They can also just work together: developer can tag tester to test the code, fixer can run bugfixes, security agent does regular checks. AMAZING!

Also going to create Joey, my PhD assistant: going to ask him to shadow read each article I read as well, so we can compare notes and cross links between topics and methodologies.

And of course Anne, my family constellations coach will be added to the team as well 😄 💪

I never liked using AI for writing or for summarizing. That just is so core to how my own brain works, how I digest information, how I come up with new innovative ideas, that I will not outsource that to AI.

That one sentence that I read on page 21 can set off connections that I'd miss if I'd let AI make a summary.

Letting AI write my blogs would prevent my from processing and digesting all that I read and block my abaility to translate science into Zanna style transformation approaches to transformation and AI adoption for organisations.

But man, having a team that can build any brainwave that I come up with and be a sparring partner to accelerate my impact in changing the world for only 200,- a month, what a joy!

PS: also working on a fun AI personality test to better understand how I can help people adopt AI in their daily lives so it feels like adding a super power and instead of adding more anxiety to people.

Another milestone reached, see at the end, but first another beautiful story of one of the women (73!)...

It was a Saturday morning. I'd just woken up, and there was an eight-minute audio message waiting from her. I made breakfast and listened to the whole thing, and I don't think I stopped smiling once.

Here is what she was telling me.

The AI journey opens with a simple exercise. I ask people to name three things they'd love to hand off, to lift out of their lives, and three things they dream of adding in. Maybe you've always wanted to build a website. Maybe it's something else entirely. The point is to make everything that follows personal, so that every lesson circles back to your own wishlist, your own life.

She got stuck. Not on the things to hand off, on the dreaming. She sat there and couldn't name a single dream, and it began to unsettle her. "Oh my God, at 73 years old, don't I have any dreams anymore?? That can't be!" It stressed her enough that she closed her laptop and went to bed.

And in the middle of the night, she woke up. And she thought: hang on. I can just ask AI about this. I can ask it about my dreams.

So she did. At three in the morning, she sat down with AI and had a real conversation about her own life. A coaching session, which is exactly the kind of thing I teach people they can do further into the journey.

And as she shared all of this with me that Saturday morning, she was laughing at herself the whole way through. It was such a joy to hear. A woman not just doing the journey, but having fun with it, and fully embracing it.

Milestone reached:

August 1st, officially moving from pioneer stage to full launch platform! Already 7 women who experience enough value to join the paid membership and 2 women enjoying the sponsored membership. Such a joy to build this and see these amazing impactful stories!

Not sure if you can see it well in this picture, but these are old, gone yellow pages scanned into a PDF 😁

I've also collected 7 classics in my library on technology adoption and this one dates from 1983 💪

Nothing beats diving into old papers like this 🤯📜 It’s crazy how the human side of tech adoption—the resistance, the power dynamics—hasn't changed one bit since 1983. We’re still solving the exact same psychological puzzles today, just on open networks. Awesome find, Zanna! ☕️📚...

Time for a second PhD approach! This time on female empowement through adoption of technology and financial education to strengthen the scientific foundation underneath the platform.

I'm sure i'll also find some inspiring additional ideas for companies struggling with AI adoption on top of my behavioral science and transformation approach to AI adoption

Built a library with 147 scientific articles on these two topics combined. Looking forward to read, take notes, marking, writing and translating again scientific insights to practical application.

Let's go!

Whoop whoop! The Be Your Own CEO platform is officially also live as app in the Google Play Store (of course with Apple I'm still waiting to be verified as business owner--- yes, you feel that right, Apple and me have a less loving relationship ;-)

It's just live, so when you search in the play store on BYOC or Be Your Own CEO it might take a few days.

I've started collecting the inspiring, transformational stories of the pioneers who used the platform.

Here's one of them:

When I (Zanna) first opened the platform up to my network, one of my friends wrote back: "This might be something for my daughter, or for my sister." It was his sister. A woman of seventy-three, living abroad on a small state pension, not much more than that. A free spirit, money was never her topic. If anything, money had always felt like something hard, something you had to struggle for.

What made her curious was a small inheritance coming her way. For the first time she found herself asking a simple, practical question: what could she actually do with it? She'd heard the people around her talk about bitcoin and always kept it at arm's length, a little wary, a little distrustful. But she was curious enough to learn about money.

She went through the whole Money journey largely on her own. When we sat down to reflect at the end, the shift in her was clear, and it had nothing to do with how much money she had. Two things had landed. First, she realised she had options, real ones, that she never knew were hers to consider. Second, she saw that the savings she'd been quietly holding had been losing their value all along. She came out lighter. More confident. Able to talk about money with more confidence.

She doesn't have much financial room, so I invited her onto our Women Empowering Women sponsorship, where each paying member's place funds a free one for a woman who couldn't otherwise join. She said yes without a second's hesitation, and she wanted to keep going. She already had other women in mind, women she was sure would value this too.
