This is interesting. I’d love to see this go to trial, but probably won’t because in the US the pharmaceutical companies were all working on government contracts. If it does in other countries, everything will be sealed.

They are going to use Noriega as the legal precedent. That’s how the legal system is designed- they can justify anything with case law.
