@nprofile1q... no kidding. I think we're 90% there. I wish Valve would make SteamOS more prominent. That way we can get rid of the whole CachyOS/Bazzite/Whatever debate and flame wars and have a single answer for non-technical linux users when they ask "what flavor of linux should I run?"
Bazzite update: was able to play ARC Raiders without any issues. No need for changing settings. Also tried Lutris, which is I suppose a wrapper around a few game clients, which worked really well for games I bought on GOG.
So far, I've had no issues playing games on Linux which is... well, honestly impressive.

Finished watching Pressure. The movie about meteorologist during WW2. Enjoyable. Good watch at 90 minutes. Decent cast too.
@nprofile1q... It’s very easy to run speech to text models locally! I have a code postmortem tool that uses Whisper locally. Couldn’t be easier, and is one of the top dictation models out there. For freeeeee. (Just ask Claude to vibecode you something)
