Since I'm taking cold showers I didn't get ill anymore. By the way the cold is a good teacher too. Start slowly and increases intensity.

Hi, I also started with cold outdoor showers in the morning during the winter. Then started with ice baths outside also at minus 10 degrees. Cold is a healer and mental teacher.

That’s funny, we were looking at getting rabbits for the kids for Easter with the intent to raise them for meat. Might do it if I can get a hutch built in time. Do you have experience with rabbit raising? I get impression they are not too much to manage.

Do yourself a favor by checking your own food. In things what you consume or money you can trust nobody. Proof of work is the solution.

Agree. We have had chickens for a few years now and we will always have them from now on. The taste of store bought eggs is bland compared to what we get from our own birds. Takes some proof of work but absolutely worth the result.
