What running does to our brain -> phase by phase 🧠🏃‍♂️

1️⃣ Before running
Just thinking about going for a run already activates the brain. The prefrontal cortex turns on, dopamine starts to rise, and the hardest part is often winning the mental battle before moving.

2️⃣ Starting to run
