Mr and Mrs S and Bobby popped in briefly yesterday morning, I had a lovely afternoon in the charity shop yesterday, I was totally distracted which was what I needed!

I started my next crochet motif last night so far it's straightforward, but I can see trouble ahead!!!

So it's Friday 😄 which means taking Mum back to the mobility clinic to have the compression wraps fitted, which is a really speedy turnaround. As we were initially advised six to eight weeks.

Yesterday's book club was really enjoyable, we had a good discussion about this month's book.

I gave up on the crochet again last night! I needed to concentrate too much again 🤷🤷 I will get this motif finished 😁

Welcome to Wednesday happy #humpday to all who celebrate 🥂

I had a great time in the charity shop yesterday, some lovely customers which always makes for a good day! I also picked up some real bargains! Including a small wooden Push along truck complete with bricks, for Bobby, when I saw it coming into the shop, l knew we wouldn't take it because we have to do all kinds of checks on kids toys particularly things with wheels, so I collared one of the managers, who took it in!
They priced it at £1 for me, as it would have gone to the bin 😁

This morning I'm swimming again with
Mrs S and Bobby, looking forward to a good morning!

I had to admit defeat on the crochet 🧶 last night! I just didn't have the bandwidth to deal with the latest round, it doesn't have a massive impact on the overall pattern but if I mess it up I think I'll be in trouble 😵‍💫

Yesterday's hospital visit was very good,
I saw an Endocrinologist, he really listened to me, then explained that because I have raised calcium levels, I may have Hyperparathyroidism. He sent me for blood tests. He's refering me for scans on my Thyroid and Kidneys. He was going to refer me for a bone density scan, but I had one of those a few weeks ago and have an appointment for results on Tuesday next week, he reckons this will speed everything up 🤞🤞

Nothing urgent this morning, I shall be in the charity shop in the afternoon!! Fun times 😁

Yesterday was another lazy one, we toyed with the idea of going out for lunch but decided against it in favour of Pizza 🍕 for tea!

We had a warm sunny day, and I finished the last two #ChelseaFlower motif.

We watched the last episode of #TipToe last night, wow what an amazing series!!
Also watched the last episode of #AnnDroid another excellent watch!!

We had a lovely day yesterday with Mrs S and Bobby, his Mum is getting much more relaxed, although Bobby is at the stage where if he can't see her, it's just the worst thing ever. After they left I carried on with my crochet 🧶

We had plenty of rain again yesterday which is still very welcome,

Yesterday's trip to the hospital was incredibly frustrating....
I know I should be more tolerant, but insisting she doesn't need her hearing aids but not being able to hear anything said to her was a bit annoying! Also claiming she's been told she needs a new wheelchair, when I spoke to staff they said she has been told no such thing, perhaps her memory is going.....

I ended up sleeping for a bit in the afternoon, I hadn't realised how taxing the morning was!

There's not much going on this morning but Mrs S and Bobby are coming round this afternoon 🤗🤗🥰🥰
