Hollywood stopped making films worth viewing long ago. It went from soulless to soul sapping and I was out. Could have been AI for the last decade for all I know. The human actors are pumped with plastic anyway, they seem to have lost their physical capacity to express nuanced expression and the intellect went with it. The plots are trash and the cultural programming stupidly obvious. I could get angsty about it or just enjoy the quiet open space this dead industry has left me to enjoy a cultural cleanse and reopen possibilities. I had to do a deep dive under the crashing wave and I’ve found myself back in the sunshine. I suddenly have this burning desire to dig out an old movie projector and shine it on a cave wall
