🥏⚡️ On-Chain Disc Golf — Looking for Testers!

Hey everyone! I've been building a disc golf scorekeeping app with integrated Bitcoin payments and I'm looking for testers from the disc golf/Bitcoin/Nostr community.

This project is the PROUD winner of the Nuttiest Nut award and I plan to keep building it out!

What it does:

🥏 Track scores for disc golf, ball golf, foot golf, putt putt — any golf!
⚡️ Instant Bitcoin settlement via Lightning (no more "I'll Venmo you later")
🔑 Self-sovereign identity via Nostr — you own your keys, you own your account
📱 Works as a PWA or native Android APK

My first project I've every made is for #nutnovember

Calling all Disc Golf lovers and fringe technologist! There now exists a version of uDisc (scorekeeping app) with Nostr profiles and ecash built in to it!

I think it's a pretty novel on-boarding and payment setup for non-nostr native users right out of the box.

Open app → Nostr keypair generated
Kind 0 auto sets Lightning address: [email protected]
Incoming sats → npub.cash → Cashu tokens (Minibits mint)
Wallet = Cashu proofs stored locally, backed up to relays
Play rounds, entry fees + payouts automatically are sent to players kind 0 lightning address!

No channels, no explanations, no manual setting up addresses!

I hope to keep reiterating. I haven't been this motivated in a while and play to keep pressing hard to make this a reality on the Disc Golf course.

Plans for the future:
- Native iOS and Android
- League and Tournament Support.
- Use Nostr badges as "Tags" for leagues.


***CRAZY IDEA TIME***
- Implement Bitchat as a way of signing players up for rounds or leauges
- Course records and local Leaderboards based of Bitchat Geohash!?
- Prizes/badges for milestones reached in the app ie. 10 hole in ones, 100 rounds player etc...
