On Saturday I massively sucked at the match. It was just not my day so i asked the range officer if i could come again (on the second day of the same match) and shoot again for experience, off record. Instead he put me in a different division so my second run could be officially scored anyway. Limited optics is a division for faster race guns and it’s hard to compete against those with my simple Glock. Anyway I gave it a try a pushed myself really hard this time. I finished 9th out of 35 people, with 74% and 78% at the classifier stages (B and A class). 9th overall against people with faster guns is pretty cool 😎 Probably it’s my biggest achievement in shooting so far, I’m proud 😌 #gunstr

This stage is going to be a classifier at tomorrow’s match. I shot it at 65% today during training, let’s see how I’m gonna do tomorrow.
Btw today I had my first accidental discharge, i never thought it could happen to me. Now I’m more cautious about trigger work

Putting a lot of effort into becoming an A class shooter. I don’t know why I got so obsessed with this classification but I just want to get there and stop thinking about it. At the same time a class doesn’t mean much if you suck at shooting regular stages. I’m afraid this is where I am right now. I want to consistently deliver good performance, not only when passing the tests. Anyway, A class performance in the video attached, enjoy

I traveled all the way to Florida where I took classes with one of the best shooters of America. There I shot a match with 8 classifiers and finally I officially hit a B class.
Now I am a B class shooter in carry optics 😎
I celebrated for 5 minutes and immediately started working on becoming an A class shooter 🙈
