I just used your new feature and have some Feedback.
My trade offer was accepted by someone but it took a lot of time until he filled the escrow.
So long in fact that I could not pay in time because I was sleeping.
Could it be possible that when the other party provides the SATs that the timer for the payment can be extended/reset to 12/24 hours?
I think that would make trades less dependent on the trade partner to provide the SATs while I have to check every hour or so if I can finally pay for them.

Ich arbeite momentan an einer Hausarbeit (12-15 Seiten) zum Thema Bitcoin in Venezuela und wie die Nutzung von Bitcoin in einem Land mit instabieler Fiat-Währung die finanzielle Teilnahme und ökonomische Autonomie der Bevölkerung beeinflusst.

Dazu wollte ich ein paar Begriffe erkläre (siehe Bild).

Nun meine Frage:
Sollte ich weitere zentrale Begriffe erklären?
Und habt ihr mögliche Quellen für mein Thema?
Ich habe das Gefühl das es sonst den Rahmen der Arbeit sprengen würde. 😅

Hi Chris, in dem Zusammenhang würde ich noch PoW kurz erklären als der Konsensentscheid, den du da ansprichst. Das ganze wird sonst nicht so ganz klar. Und ich glaube unten soll es „Private Key“ heißen, oder? VG und viel Erfolg Thomas
