No own relay needed. The watcher uses public relays (relay.monostr.com and nos.lol by default), and the nprofile it prints already contains them. Paste that and you're done. Step by step: https://monostr.com/watcher/personal/

Throw a ton of it in a washing machine with some gallons of pure alcohol (not the synthetic one) let it run for a while, catch the water, filter the water, let the alcohol evaporate and you have plenty of oil.
Have to say I'm nit sure if this works well, never did it in a washing machine😂
