Festival Promoter creates a mint, tix bought with bitcoin are available to attendees w/ a stipend of cashu tokens to be used for vendors.

Now, vendors don't need wifi for payments & also don't have to sweat the security of cash-on-hand when they leave.

Any Cashu tokens not claimed by the vendors or departing attendees are aavailable to the festival as funds for the business.

Obvious things like "Fire Festival" are to be expected when the mint rugs their customers. And hopefully their customers learn a valuable lesson about trust.
