I get the feeling that there was a total rewrite of the taskbar for Win11. I know the start menu is now React Native. I'll put money on it that the code base is cluster fuck and they have no way to reorient the task bar without major issues.

Here's an idea. We draw up paperwork that signs over the rights of her home back to the Tongva tribe. See if there's a couple based members of the tribe who can follow her around with the paperwork, demanding she return their ancestral lands. Make it very public that she lives on "stolen land". She will either give up her 3 million dollar home or STFU. It's a win either way.
