I used to have a cheap Chinese fitness watch to track my sleep/steps, etc. It would always show that I wake up for a few minutes right around midnight which I was sure was BS. It broke and then I bought a Pixel watch and it shows that I'm awake for between 45 minutes and up to 2 hours each night in random bits which thought was complete BS. Turns out it's true and fairly normal. Not sure about the snoring though.
