I remember getting a Mr. Potato Head kit when I was a kid. I played with it for a while, then put it away, and I had a rotting potato in my closet.
They later went to a plastic Mr. Potato included in the box. I'm sure that was a result of a lot of rotten produce found in kids toy boxes. With today's produce prices, you couldn't do it.

Nice....The city does "bulky item" pick-up twice a year, and I've been amazed at what my wife has pulled off of the piles left out in our neighborhood. As a matter of fact we scored some vintage speakers that way one time. They are exactly like these Sansui SF-2 omni directional end table speakers in the picture. We have been using them for almost 20 years.

Over the last couple of weeks reps from CAIR have been testifying in front of the State Board of Ed. trying to change history cirriculum to make it more Muslim. Thank God it looks like it's not gonna happen
