@nprofile1q... really? I thought they had removed that in that model. Seems that t470 and t480 are much more similar than I remember. Likely the biggest change is the intel generation jumping to 8th, small increase in ram speed. Ram soldered seems to be only in the t470s and t480s models.

My t470 got finally fully fucked so I'm on the quest to determine how much money I want to spend and where to get what. Either the same t470, or some later models... I remember when I bought mine the t480 was kinda new and super expensive but not sure if it had anything soldered. I know it had 1 battery only, which is nice vs the 2 my t470 has.

The later models under t14 are much more of a wild guess and very fucked.

Specifically with thinkpads?

We went from nothing soldered, through a phase of 1 ram dimm soldered, to full ram soldered, battery not removable, some removable, ssd soldered (? not sure about this one) to now under the "marketing" of reparability to ONLY have wifi chip soldered...

It's insanity to keep track.

I'm looking at some refurbished thinkpads and having to loom at all the specs manually sucks.

@nprofile1q... da uzo não sei 😅. Aqui foi escolher e recebi logo email de alteração e feito. Este tava a ver as alterações e além do preço muda o tráfego de roaming para menos 2GB. A velocidade parece que nos papeis também fala em ter limite, mas good enough. Embora a linguagem lá seja a velocidade em 4G. Na página dizem sem limites, logo vá-se lá saber a vdd 🤷‍♂️. Anyway, fiz uns speed tests e eram acima de 400Mbs em 5G na mesma.

@nprofile1q... it's there, permanent, all the time. i've probably rewatched it all the times it has played in the last year. i lost count of how many times. almost know it by heart. at least they sometimes bring new stuff. like the office which i superficially watched tks to it. and 2 broke girls, that's my favorite that's always replaying.

@nprofile1q... yeah, it's great. it has been replaying on the fox comedy channel lately. and friends. i also rewatch ho i met your mother, but compared to the others it has kinda lost part of the charm, or something else, it's difficult to pin point. big bang theory is something that no matter how many times i rewatch there's something different that i take notice of.
